Midgard (Day of Immersion)

The rune I pulled today was Nauthiz (needfire). I am struggling with this last chapter. I have so much going on right now and it is hard to concentrate. I have a chemical stress test scheduled for early tomorrow morning and I am a little anxious about that. I hope to be able to go to class in the afternoon. Hopefully the stress test will be over in time.

Svartalheim (Day of Adventure)

Today I drew Laguz (water, flowing). It was another bad breathing day for me. At least I am sleeping better.

Muspelheim (Day of Vision)

Today is my dad’s birthday. He would have been 73. I am sad that I didn’t get to spend more time with him towards the end but I was able to go see him and had a nice visit. My rune today was Raidho (cart, travel). This is two times in as many days. That must have something to do with my upcoming trip to see our daughter get married.

Alfheim (Day of Openness)

The rune I drew today was Othala (ancestral home).

Niflheim (Day of Generating)

My rune for the day was Raidho (cart, travel). I didn’t feel well today and was glad I cancelled my acupuncture appointment. I spent the majority of the day going over my notes for the first section of linear functions. I feel confident with doing these types of problems. I was able to do all the homework questions without any assistance. That made me feel good. When I took Savannah Jane this evening, I noticed a damselfly sitting on the wall next to the front door. It was beautiful. Then as I was opening the door, I saw a tiny (about an inch long) lizard sitting on the molding around the glass in the door. I hoped it wouldn’t jump off the door into the foyer. It was so small I was afraid one of us would step on it.
