Freya’s Day – Jotunheim (Day of Discovery)

Today was my acupuncture appointment. I had been having muscle spasms in my right shin and that concerned me. The rest of the day was spent preparing for tomorrow’s class. It took over almost an hour to punch 60+ one inch circles.
