Midgard (Day of Immersion)

Today Jerry found a baby turtle. We believe it is a gopher tortoise that was came up out with the recent rain storms. I rubbed her (I think it was a female since the bottom shell was flat) until she felt safe and started to come out of her shell. We found a sheltered area of tall grasses so she will be safe from the birds and other animals. I wish her many years of safety. We went to the store today and bought two Live Oak trees. They are the latest additions to the forest we are growing. The moon is just as beautiful tonight as it was last night. It is amazing to be able to see the whole moon behind the white sliver.
