Midgard (Day of Immersion)

The rune today was Halagaz. Today was my acupuncture appointment. I feel much better today than after last week’s appointment. This evening I watched a pair of Sandhill Cranes fly past the window. They are so majestic when they are flying.

The Kahn Academy site was down for maintenance so I watched another video from Gulf Coast Community College and University of Houston. I believe all of this prep work is making it easier for me to understand.
