Today was my acupuncture treatment. My hip was hurting me today and I attribute it to the bone density test. We canceled our plans for after the appointment and came home. My rune today was Ehwaz (horse). On the way to Tampa we noticed all the downed tree limbs and debris. It was really bad in the neighborhood. The winds must have been strong to cause so much damage. The closer we got to the Suncoast the less damage we saw.
