I was up most of the night having a hard time catching my breath. At 1:15 a.m. a helicopter started circling the neighborhood and continued until about 2:20 a.m. It is obvious they were looking for something/someone. There wasn’t anything listed on the news of activity so I wrote the homeowners association hoping they know something.
Today the rune I pulled was Uruz. It is so appropriate since it is used for healing. I could use all the help I can get. I have my nebulizer out and will probably need it at some point today. Since it is a day of nurturing, I am going to nurture my body so I can feel better.
