Jotunheim – Freya’s Day (Day of Discovery)

I saw my primary doctor today. We talked about my breathing problems and what else I can do. He prescribed a different inhaler which has a different combination of medication than the Advair I take now. He also wants me to get a chest x-ray to see if there is anything that needs to be addressed.

My rune today is Nauthiz (needfire). The survival rune has a lesson for me. I need to take precautions. I know this relates to my health.
